Honors Designations They'll be mailed automatically to eligible students. For on-campus students, honor cords can be picked up at any university registrar office.

Graduate students who complete a master's program with a 4.0 cumulative GPA qualify for recognition as "With Distinction." This recognition will be indicated on both the diploma and the ASU transcript through a notation of "With Distinction."

Grade point requirement A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 for all courses taken at ASU is required to graduate. Some programs may require a cumulative GPA higher than 2.00; students should refer to the specific program's graduation audit and major map for graduation requirements.

The Stole of Gratitude is worn during the commencement ceremony. After the ceremony, the new graduate presents the Stole of Gratitude to someone who provided extraordinary help or support, i.e., parents, relatives, or mentors who have helped with wisdom, words of support, or with financial assistance.
